Residential Deal of The Year
The REBNY Member in Need fund was established by the Residential Brokerage Division to provide grants to residential brokers and agents who are in financial need due to unexpected illness or hardship. The Member in Need Fund Committee hosts an Annual Charity & Awards Celebration to raise funds to continue helping as many members as possible. To date this fund has granted over $1M to members in need. The event does this through sponsorships, ticket purchases, gift donations and services as well as direct donations from firms and REBNY peers.
