REBNY is committed to helping the real estate sector cultivate diverse talent and build a leadership pipeline that brings new ideas, experiences and relationships to the table to fuel growth and innovation. We believe that increased diversity is key to the sector's success. In partnership with Coro New York Leadership Center, NYC's premier civic leadership training organization, REBNY has created the REBNY Fellows Leadership Program.

The REBNY Fellows Leadership Program taps 20 rising real estate leaders from diverse backgrounds for a high-impact, 6-month training program focused on developing the leadership skills needed to solve complex challenges, assess multiple perspectives and collaborate effectively.

The program includes:

About Coro

Since 1984, Coro has provided experiential leadership programs for those leading change in NYC. Participants become leaders and influencers, developing innovative solutions to public issues, incorporating different points of view in their decision making, and inspiring others to lead change. Coro is committed to building a cohort that reflects New York city's demographics and supports traditionally underrepresented groups in the industry.
